This is one of those movies that makes you repeatedly ask yourself why the heck you continue watching – bad acting, a hokey plot, horrible script and lame special effects. Oh well.
A group of US tourists is taken hostage in the Philippines, and a ninja (Shô Kosugi) and anti-terrorist specialist Steve Gordon (Brent Huff) are called in to rescue them. Alby (Blackie Dammett) is the leader of the terrorists, a man using the worst fake German accent I have ever heard. He hopes to get his lover Rahji (Sonny Erang) released from prison.
Most of the terrorists are women in really short shorts, and they follow the lead of Honey Hump (Regina Richardson). How’s that for a character name? Honey is a big ol’ lesbian, and she tells the tour guide (Lisa Friedman), ‘Men are all pigs. You should learn to let a woman satisfy you.’
Unfortunately, we don’t get to see much action from them in terms of fight scenes, and there’s no sex at all. Darn.
Stupidity all around … and just not enough Honey Hump
