Lots of blood in this one. May (Angela Bettis, Girl Interrupted, ‘Sick Girl’) is a lonely young woman who is socially inept. After being disappointed by a man she obsesses over, she decides that no one is perfect. Only parts of them are. So she goes about hacking body parts off of people in order to create someone she can love completely. Kind of a modern day, darkly comedic Frankenstein movie.
One of her coworkers is Polly (Anna Faris), who flirts with May much of the time and ‘likes weird.’ Polly makes love to May, and just about when she’s ready to go over the edge, May runs over to Polly’s house … only to find another woman in Polly’s bed. May loses it right after that and later takes Polly’s perfect neck and the new girlfriend’s perfect legs for her project. (AB)
