Meet Becky and Donna, a normal suburban lesbian couple in the Philadelphia area. They run a business cleaning up crime scenes after a death (or other mess) has occurred – ‘trauma scene restoration.’ Graphic discussion about cleaning up blood, brain tissue, bone fragments, and other body tissues. The non-sequitur at the end also finds them planning to get married.
Shot in black and white (which makes the gore easier to take), it is a winner of several film festival awards. Available on dvd as part of the Full Frame Documentary Shorts collection (Volume 1), it was also the Juried Grand Prize Winner of the Second Annual PlanetOut.com Short Movie Awards. (AB)
